Terms of Service

1. Who we are. Signalis (signalis.watch) is operated by Vantar Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202630069Z), a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of Signalis.

2. The service. Signalis aggregates publicly available cyber threat intelligence reporting and provides structured summaries, indicators of compromise (IOCs), severity assessments, and related data via a web dashboard and API. Paid tiers are billed monthly through Stripe. Free tier data is delayed 7 days.

3. Accounts. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. One account per user; keys may not be shared outside your organization.

4. Acceptable use. You may not: resell or redistribute the feed as a standalone product; use the service to develop a competing dataset; circumvent tier limits, delays, or rate limits; use the data to facilitate unlawful activity; or attempt to compromise the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. No warranty on intelligence data. Severity levels, classifications, and extracted fields are automated model assessments of third-party reporting, not verified measurements or professional advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the data, including any blocking, alerting, or incident-response actions in your environment.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility.

7. Subscriptions and billing. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime via the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

8. Intellectual property. The service, its software, and its structured output are owned by Vantar Labs Pte. Ltd. Underlying facts and third-party reporting remain the property of their respective publishers; source links are provided. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the data within your organization for security operations.

9. Termination. You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms with notice where practicable. Sections 5, 6, 8, and 11 survive termination.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
